Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Stowe Hill purchase! If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@stowehill.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier.

• Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.
• A flat $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. For an exchange, tell us the size or color you'd like and we'll ship it once your return arrives.
